The authors have proposed service modeling and evaluation methods based on Service Engineering, and have developed Service Explorer, a prototype of the Service CAD. In this report, the results of the modeling and the evaluation of an actual hotel service in Abruzzo, Italy are reported, and some improvement proposals obtained through the analysis of the results are introduced. Finally, the improvement proposals and the methods which were used in the case study of the service design are discussed.
