As the diversification of products grow with the increasing diversification of customer's requirements, products will be picking up its personalities, which is characterized by its history of how it is produced, etc. Up until now, product values are determined based upon their performances as a final product, but with this increasing personalization of products, engineers have to consider how the customers really understand the importance of the process in personalizing their products. Engineers should not only visualize the importance of their processes and their roles, but also attempt to provide satisfaction to the customers for doing that. In the 20^<th> century, we have been discussing based upon the current market, but in the 21^<st> century, engineers have to create a new market this way where the customers share the value created by them.
