Abstract
Recently, development risks have been major problems in content development, due to difficulty in acquiring customers' uncertain demand. This paper proposes a new project management methodology, which enables content directors and developers to design a high level developing process on their own, based on customer reviews. In this paper, system development mainly progress by configuring review types and attributes. The support environment will suggest scheduling of tasks, based on observing point of users and developers. We try to provide customers, trial and error designing method by calculating costs which occur from reviews automatically. Two critical issues of system implementation are addressed: (1) a content development model, which is able to reflect customer demand from user reviews, (2) a project management process, which is able to present design guide to reduce development risks by simulating reviews as major hazards.
