In this study, Structural optimization analysis of the transportation was conducted by finite element method and ground structure method. This palette was the one way type pallet to export automotive components. The one way type pallets the one dismantled on transporting only once in the locale. Therefore, it is the present conditions to have decided the specification while confirming the assumption experiment evaluation and the local trial situation with the actual thing. Then, structural analysis was performed using the commercial finite element method (Marc ver. 2005). And ultimately, the best structure that cost reduction is expected was examined by decreasing weight while at least keeping strength of the palette.
