In order to examine the process of the rational product design, the screw of extra super small-sized in-line screw type injection molding machine was designed. Optimum design value of the screw was calculated with the parameter design which uses simulation. As for ideal function of the screw, the signal factor is the screw rotary speed, and the output property is the extruder output, it defined that the extruder output is proportional to screw rotary speed. The experimental result, be able to simplify trial manufacture and test of performance, it found that it is possible to make the flow of the design where the feedback does not occur.
