Many higher managers of Japanese manufacturing companies which face hard business competition are placed under the pressure of necessity of innovation or improvement of Development Process. In fact most of them aim to accomplish it. Most of Process innovations focused on reworking processes in the past. However I believe that the most important view point is building process in order to optimize "QCD". I have many support experience to design and implement optimized product development process in client companies. I designed the methodology to manage "QCD" to fit each companies' business objectives and its environments. I hope my methodology and experience are helpful for the people who grapple with the similar challenge.
