Understanding the customer's requirement is important for conceptual design. Successful companies are providing the high quality service by which customer receive the Kando and satisfaction. Thus, the element of customer's satisfaction is necessary for great success in business. Therefore, authors proposed the new system-Idea Creation Support System (ICSS)-for an idea creation with Kando understanding process through WOM (Word Of Mouth) effect. This paper reported the gathering Kando quality process of ICSS and the trial of ICSS. As a result, we confirmed that ICSS obtain the Kando qualities for deploying the matrix of QFD.
