To overcome such situation, application of information communication technologies should be promising way the production control method of the manufacturing industry or scientific/engineering techniques. The objective of this study is improving the productivity of food service industries, a staff shift scheduling method based on combinatorial auction is proposed to realize optimization of labor input and improvement in added value, so that the service satisfaction composed by consumer, employee and manager satisfactions improves. The effectiveness of the proposed method is discussed with the results of computer experiments.
