デザイン差分マップを用いた製品×サービスの新規デザイン発想創出

There are many kinds of products and services in these days, and we are required to develop new products or services. In this study, based on the theory that a combination of two products and services help us to come up with new ideas, we looked for some parameters with which we could know the combinations leading good ideas. We thought a combination of products and services which were not similar overall but familiar at some point with each other. We proposed two parameters, similarity and relativity. These two parameters are calculated using Delta Design Map and conceptual dictionaries and show how similar two products and services are. Delta Design Map is a method to express function and user experience of products and services. We evaluated ideas about novelty and usefulness and examined relationship between two parameters and idea's evaluation. The result implied combinations with high similarity help with generating useful idea.
