The mechanism of the coherent structure generated to the span direction in the wake, which passed across a flat plate blade, was analyzed with the 3-dimensional flow field by the solution of a finite volume method. According to visualization by the streamline and the normalized helicity, the longitudinal vorticity Ω_x was generated where the mainstream and the 3-dimensional share layer interfered at the tip of a blade. Moreover, a visualization that was made by the surface of the equivalent level of the Ω_x, was able to catch ten regularity cells in the 2-dinensional share layer, In this paper, it was shown mathematically that the Reynolds share stress formed standing wave as a solution of Poisson equation for the ρ<v'w'>^^^-, also we pointed out that the standing wave was closely connected for the sound sources to the span direction as a result of the prediction of the discrete frequency noise within ±3dB errors.
