Abstract
In order to simulate the indoor environment in the commercial kitchen, the plume above cooking stove was modeled based on measurement at past report. In this report, CFD analysis ware carried out in two methods of boundary condition. At "heat source boundary", cooking stove was treated as simple heat source. The other hand, at "plume model boundary", value of the model at 0.5m high was used as the boundary conditon. By using the "plume model boundary", plume above cooking stove was more precisely reproduced, and prediction error of capture efficiency of ceiling ventilation system was improved.
