This study proposes a forecasting method to support regional decarbonisation planning for the electricity demand of general civilian facilities and the power generation of solar carports, utilising actual measurement data. Precisely targeting a roadside station O in S City, we capture the characteristics of the measured data for electricity demand and solar carport generation. Then, a predictive model for electricity supply and demand will be constructed, and its forecasting accuracy will be evaluated. Furthermore, this study proposes strategies for utilising the developed supply and demand forecasting methods.
