Pressure loss and flow distribution control performance of an annular fluidic diverter is reported. The annular fluidic diverter is intended to be used for air flow control in an air blast fuel nozzle for jet engine combustor. A liquid flow test was conducted. PIV measurement inside the fluidic diverter with index matching method was performed. The flow distribution was calculated from the results of PIV measurement. The results shows that increasing the pressure loss at downstream of fluidic diverter, the flow distribution control capability became poor.
