Relaxation time of wormlike micelles solutions in shear-induced structure state is evaluated using by restarted step shear flow. The steady shear flow is suddenly stopped and keeps it during a certain interval time. The second step shear with the same shear rate is applied and the transient behavior of shear stress is observed. The peak value of shear stress in the second step increases with increasing the interval time and a certain time is required to return to the same peak value of the first step. This time is named relaxation time in SIS state and it is independent from shear rate. The relaxation time in SIS state is almost 3.7 times larger than the relaxation time for all samples.
