The shear stress oscillation in the constant shear rate, which occurs in wormlike micelles solution, is related with the shear-banding. In the shear layer near the moving wall, the shear-induced-stricture generates periodically and it synchronizes with the stress oscillation. In this study, we examined that the relaxation time of the shear-banding and the shear-induced-structure at the shear stress oscillation state. The flow ceases suddenly at a target phase of the stress oscillation and the same shear rate applies after a certain interval time. The stress behavior at the restarting shear returns to the same of the first shear, the structure of both the shear-banding and the shear-induced-structure becomes completely relax. In this study, this relaxation time is evaluated by the experiments and the influence of the phase of the stress oscillation at the flow cessation on the relaxation time is examined.
