This paper deals with numerical simulation of auto-ignition phenomenon due to oxygen injected into the cylinder into ignition process of two-stroke engine. Generation of the auto-ignition is very influenced to temperature of mixture gas. Therefore, the numerical simulation was carried out considering scavenging efficiency, compression ratio, etc, which give the influence to temperature of mixture gas. As a result, it was cleared that the temperature of mixture gas on the basis of scavenging efficiency on compression ratio gives a great influence to generation of auto-ignition.
