抄録

We devloped a new simulation method for studying the mechanical properties of microdevices made.from nano-scale materials by using molecular dynamics simulation and finte element method.By applying our method to calculate the stress distribution in a magnetic disk, we showed that this method is very effective to reveal the mechanical properties of microdevices.
