Cavitation which occurs when pressure decreases in liquid produces a deterioration of machine performance and damage by erosion. Numerical analysis of cavitation becomes an important problem in fluid engineering. We adopt the numerical analysis of the cavitation that the phase change is considered by introducing the generalized equation of state into the TCUP method.
