Cell stimulation system using direct vibration with magnetic beads, which has a diameter of several micro meters, attached on the cell wall has been developed to investigate the expression of cell function with the vibration stimuli. The attached magnetic beads in the gap of the electric magnet are vibrated with an alternating magnetic field and the vibration amplitude is measured by newly developed measurement system. The measurement system can magnify the vibration of magnetic beads a hundred times. We vibrated the magnetic beads and then obtained characteristics at the vibration of magnetic beads. From this study, we found out that vibration frequency of magnetic beads is synchronized with frequency of exciting current and oscillation amplitude of magnetic beads decrease with increasing the frequency of exciting current. The magnetic beads were vibrated with minimum oscillation amplitude of 451 nm with a excitation frequency of 80 Hz.
