The surface which wraps the cell of animals and plants is a lipid membrane, and it is well known that the membrane undergoes various morphological alteration by environmental conditions. Conventionally, the fluid surface is understood to change its shape freely. In this paper, we study a phase transition of morphological alteration at △p = 0, where △p(= Pin -Pout)- A curvature Hamiltonian is defined on triangle lattices, in which the self-intersection is prohibited. We perform simulations using the dynamically triangulated Monte Carlo technique. The dynamical triangulation makes the vertices diffuse freely over the surface. We find that the model has a second-order phase transition of morphological alteration at △p = 0.
