Gas circuit breaker is the very important safety device that instantaneously intercepts the circuit and protects the instrument when an abnormal current such as thunder to electric power transmission line of high voltage transformation installation. Since SF6, used for the insulating gas, has a high glasshouse effect, we need to minimize the usage. For the purpose, the simulation technologies get attention. In this study, we introduced the arc model to the our developed code for gas circuit breaker, CRIMSON(Civa Riflned Multiphase SimulasiON). In addition, we considered the viscosity effect including turbulence on the numerical results.
