OS2-1 The safety level and life cycle cost of SRS (safety related system) in industrial machine

Abstract

The supplier of the industrial machine supplied from development and a design has to perform safety measures from risk assessment. The responsibility range of a machine user must maintain a safety performance level as risk management. It is indispensable to estimate the holding cost of this safety performance level. This report searched about the necessity for the optimal cost based on the life cycle costing in risk management.
