A glass lining equipment has high corrosion resistance and contamination-free surface; however, the glass layer might be damaged due to physical means (e.g. impact) and repair is necessary. Current organic repair materials for it have some problems on application such as debonding from glass lining substrate at an early stage. A method of evaluation the repair was established and reported before. In this paper, based on this method highly reliable organic repair material for glass lining was developed. After contact with corrosive liquid or vapor, high adhesive strength was secured between glass lining substrate and organic repair material.
