抄録
According to "CHINA HAD101/04: External Human Induced Events In Site Selection for Nuclear Power Plants", the paper evaluates the aircraft crashes, explosions, release of hazardous fluids quantitatively,then get several sites of NPPs (Nuclear Power Plants) compared, using multiple objective Fuzzy Optimum Selection, come to a decision about the sorting of superiority of sites from the standpoint of external human induced events.
