抄録
This paper introduces a set of online monitoring system for the safety performance of superheater and reheater of utility boiler. The purposes of developing this system are as follows : to meet the demand of safe operation of superheater and reheater of utility boiler; to confirm the maintenance condition; to predict the life cycle of tubes. This paper not only introduces the basic theory and computation method, but also provides an applied example for the high temperature superheater in a tangentially fired pulverized coal utility boiler. This system is applied software, which combines the theoretic arithmetic and computer technology.
