According to flue gas ultra-low emission transformation demonstration project that is first put into operation of Chinese million kilowatt coal-fired units as the background, technology and the change of economic index were introduced in this paper. Combining with the system running data and down to check results in nearly a year, put forward coping strategies In view of the deficiency. About air pre heater ABS phenomenon, tube type GGH ash corrosion and material selection, wet electric wastewater treatment, qualitative conclusions and suggestions were given. The conclusion has a certain reference to the similar transformation project.
