The premixed turbulent syngas flame box is simulated by an in-house code for the investigation of the interaction between flame front and vortex at different Reynolds numbers. The equations solved in this paper are based on the incompressible Navier-Stocks equations for the simplification with DNS method. The mixture of fresh syngas consists of 50% CO and 50% H_2, and Davis mechanism containing 14 species and 38 reactions is addressed here for the implementation of chemical reaction. Two cases of different turbulent intensity with Reynolds number 30 and 100 are simulated in this work. The results show that the flame surface obtained at the higher Reynolds number is more unstable and winkled compared with the lower Reynolds number level. The statistics results here indicate that when the strain rate is negative and curvature is positive respectively, the mass fraction of OH is comparatively changeless; on the contrary, the mass fraction of OH will increase with the increasing of the strain rate and with the decreasing of the flame curvature.
