In resent year, many people are diabetes. In order to maintain their blood glucose level they need to get insulin injections every day, which is very painful and fearful. Therefore, we aimed to develop painless microneedle by mimicking the mosquito labium. The painless microneedle was fabricated by sputtering method followed by wet etching. Initially, the copper wire was coated with biocompatible material like titanium by RF magnetron sputtering method. In the previous study, attention was paid to a needle with a square cross section and it was made. In this research we will use the finite element method (FEM) and simulate a puncture in the skin and evaluate it.
