This paper was investigated in wear properties on ZK60 magnesium alloy, and 17vol.% SiC particle reinforced ZK60 magnesium alloy composite. And effect of SiC particle for wear resistance and wear mechanism was considered. Moreover effect of grain size was examined to improve wear resistance. The result shows that wear loss on SiC particle reinforced ZK60 magnesium alloy composite is increased due to falling of SiC particle and abrasive wear by fallen particle. It is important to enlarging grain size to improve wear resistance of magnesium alloy.
