Abstract

SUS304L austenitic stainless steel which was processed by ECAP was annealed at different temperatures repeatedly, after the sample was tested at tensile tests and fatigue tests. In tensile properties, combination of ECAP and annealed at 600°C was the best condition ,so strength and elongation was enhanced. In fatigue strength , 1pass specimen then annealed at 600°C was better than 1pass, but 2pass then annealed at 600°C was the nearly same. Investigating at low cycle tests, initial softening was resisted by annealing at 600°C. However, 2pass specimen was nearly the same.
