Ammonia is regarded as one of the alternative fuels because CO2 is not emitted during the combustion process of ammonia. However, ammonia laminar non-premixed flame is difficult to be stable under atmospheric oxidizer (O2 21%) of room temperature. Therefore, it is important to know the flammable conditions of ammonia coaxial-flow jet non-premixed flame for developing the industrial furnace. In this study, the flammable conditions of ammonia laminar flame were investigated by changing O2 volume fraction and rim thickness. Also, effects of fuel velocity and oxidizer velocity on the flame stability of ammonia laminar flame were investigated.
