Abstract
This paper describes the development of the Low Frequency Velocity Vibrometer. In the method to detect the velocity vibration directly, there are a dynamic electricity type and an electromagnetic type. However, the kind of those sensors is a little, and the detection of the vibration velocity of 10Hz or less is difficult on the principle. Then, the seismic system by which the low frequency can be comparatively detected was applied to the vibratory gyro which is the angular velocity sensor. As a result, the velocity vibrometer made for trial purposes was able to detect the velocity vibration of the low frequency of about 1Hz directly.
