The stricture relation to the blood vessel causes the separation and the stagnation of the flow, and it is known the usual bloodstream. Moreover, the blood vessel stricture contains a fluid mechanics factor because it is closely related to the flow by generation by the part into which the shape such as the divergence parts and the curve parts changes. The report which pays attention to the disorder of the flow in the flow characteristic of the stricture part until today is not so seen. In this research, the flow by PIV was made visible to assume the formation mechanism of the blood vessel stricture to be clear, a detailed flow by the numerical analysis was assumed to be clear, and the flow characteristic to the shape change was verified.
