Electrical Discharge Machining (EDM) is a process that discharge occurs in insulating machining fluid continually. Melting volume of material is decided with discharge energy. On the other hand, removal volume takes influence from vaporization force of machining fluid Vaporization force is different by discharge conditions, machining fluid and electrode shape. Then, characteristic of EDM was investigated m micro-bubble mixing machining fluid. EDM was carried out with two types, pure water and micro-bubble mixing water, machining fluid In this paper, machining result and characteristics of both machining conditions is described.
