Many studies of the stability of the bicycle have been published. But the evaluations of stability are often limited to a high-speed state. Stability in a low-speed could be a critical requirement for safe riding. Its speed is the useful speed range at the aging society. In addition, decreasing of the instability at starting or stopping motion is the important factor for all bicycles. Instability of the bicycle has not been well understood yet How to stabilize the bicycle is considered in many ways. In this study is to adjust the steering torque Stability system for bicycle is required small and light weight. So this study is achieved it by the inertia of high speed rotors. Rotary inertia depends on the rotation speed and we can change any values to stabilize into the limited weight. This study helps to find the optimum conditions for safety riding of any people, especially for elderly people likely to lead to a serious accident.
