Electrical power generation devices using laminated piezoelectric (PZT) elements have been developed to convert structural vibration energy into electrical energy with high efficiency in this study. The purpose of this study is to drive the MEMS sensor by the vibration power generation using a laminated PZT element. Therefore, in this paper, LED lighting experiment using vibration power generation was conducted as a first step to the sensor power source. First, a circuit for converting the rectified mains an AC source was produced. And it was checked that it can do, as a result of investigating whether this circuit can rectify. The place which conducted the LED lighting experiment using production circuits, LED was turned on. Laminated PZT element can be used to power the MEMS sensor.
