The purpose of this study is optimization the electromagnetic ultrasonic flaw detection system. Conventional ultrasonic flaw detection method was identified as to whether there is the internal defect from the change of the reflection intensity of the ultrasonic wave. However, it is difficult to identify the size of the internal defect in that method. Therefore, this study aims to build a system that displays the internal defect as image. Electromagnetic ultrasonic flaw detection method compared to other ultrasonic flaw detection method, the energy conversion efficiency is low. If the intensity of the ultrasonic wave is low, it is not possible to identify the internal defect. In this study, I was carried out simulation about power and output impedance matching in order to maximize the energy conversion efficiency.
