Abstract
Laser processing is one of the micro-fabrication of a stent. Laser processing has a disadvantage of causing the heat damage to the stent surfaces. It's required to minimizing the heat damage in laser machining. The DEEL processing (Deep Electrochemical Etching with Laser assistance) is proposed to improve the productivity and quality of the stent. In this research, we have examined the effect of the processing conditions to clear the DEEL processing mechanism.
