抄録

The prototype molding material has been changed from a conventional screw type to a new disk type to realize a very small desktop injection molding machine for small polymer parts (10 mm cube). Change the feed system for molding materials from a continuous system to a batch system to increase the output per unit time of the plasticizing process. In addition, plasticity has been improved by modifying the structure of the rotor and stator. By operating the molding machine under more optimal conditions, the molding material could be plasticized and extruded stably. As a result, we have realized a desktop-type idea for downsizing (space-saving and energy-saving) injection molding machines.
