In this paper, infant falling accident simulations were conducted by the finite element method. 3,6 and 12 month infant dummy numerical models were made by scaling a numerical model of the Hybrid III 6-year-old dummy. HIC (Head Injury Criteria) values were calculated assming different dummy positons nad falling heights. The obtained HIC values were larger in the cases when the models fell down form the rear head than the cases they fell down on their faces. It was also shown that The HIC values became higher as the dummy became larger maily due to increase of the head mass rather than the body size.
