In our study, we propose a distributed cooperative approach for flexible flowshop scheduling. This method breaks up the system into sub schedulers, and they integrate as a single system. Since each scheduler needs only local information, it is effective to apply the large production system. In this model it is very important to decide lot formation and machine allocation, when we solve the scheduling problem. In this paper we propose a new heuristic method considering due date and setup time.
