Production method of thin porous metal film from metal using additive manufacturing equipment is developed. As additive manufacturing equipment, selective laser melting machine is used, and porous titanium alloy films they have thickness from 30 to 100 micro mater is produced. In this process, selective laser melting is performed under 10^<-2> Pa vacuum rate condition and oxidation of titanium film is avoided. These films have enough strength and flexibility for medical and other applications.
