With the powder bed fusion type modeling technology which is one of the additive manufacturing, sufficient investigation is not made about the process parameter which determines the quality of a shaped article. Between the parameter and density related to a laser scan, clear correlation was not found with an independent parameter. Then, when more than one were combined and having been compared, correlation with density was seen for the product of lamination thickness, scanning width, and a scanning rate. Moreover, when the product of lamination thickness, a scanning rate and lamination width, and a scanning rate became a value more than fixed, it turned out that there is a tendency for density to fall.
