Abstract
In Sub-Major course of Okayama University Graduate School of Natural Science Technology, the communication skills of student as an excellent engineer have been training systematically with 10 subjects. This paper has introduced that the future educational outcomes and challenges of the subject "Human Resource Development by Personality Judgment", and students' individuality is deeply analyzed in order to ensure the self-analysis in this class. By the group work the education method = "Job Hunting Correspondence Education by Personality Judgment" has been constructed.
