抄録

Cognitive process is called as clinical reasoning. Differential diagnosis by clinical reasoning is performed based on knowledge and pearls of symptomatology. Differential diagnosis uses adduction as a logical process. Tests are indicated when disease probability is between test threshold and treatment threshold.
