Self-healing fiber-reinforced ceramic have control of crack growth and crack filling by oxidation. The purpose of this study is to clarify that the effects of self-healing capability of produced material in Alumina material, SiC interface, alumina fibers is on the Accumulated damage. Creep test is performed for evaluate of accumulated damage and tensile test is performed for determine the creep stress conditions. Temperature condition of tensile test is room temperature, 1000°C, 1200°C. High temperature creep test condition is 1000°C 137MPa, 150MPa and 1200°C 68.5MPa, 100MPa, 137MPa. The result was not destroyed in the creep condition of 68.5MPa 1200°C to 1000 hours but was destroyed at 100Mpa to about 30min and 137Mpa to 6sec. Performed experiment at 1000°C137Mpa was not destroyed over 300hour because creep rate was 0. Creep rate is 0 at 150MPa but was destroyed at 57hours.
