This paper presents experiments on the flow-induced vibrations of a twisted web in cross- flow. In this study, flutter characteristics and characteristics of vortex-induced vibration are examined through experiments. In the experiments using wind tunnel, the influence of torsion angle, tension and aspect ratio on the flutter velocity, frequency, and modes are clarified in deal. The flutter modes are affected by torsion angle and aspect ratio. The characteristics of vortex-induced vibration are examined with the torsion angle and aspect ratio. For the system with torsion angle, the influences of flow separation on the characteristics of the vortex-induced vibration are revealed by visualization experiment.
