Macro void structure formed in an acrylate resin during wet coagulation processes affects mechanical properties of acrylate products. Therefore, it is required to control the macro void formation during industrial processes. In this study, we considered the effects of a coagulation speed and shear rates added during the wet coagulation processes on the macro void structure. The coagulation speed was affected by the concentration of acrylic solution, coagulation solution. Slower coagulation speeds and lower shear rates prohibit the macro void.
