抄録

This paper investigates a holding system of actuator displacements in individual driving method of piezoelectric actuators using variable resistors. As a high accuracy shape control system for large satellite reflectors, we had developed an individual driving method of multiple piezoelectric actuators with a single power supply unit by using variable resistors. However, the actuator driving circuit can consume extra power because the electric current always flows its dividing circuit. Therefore, in this paper, a switching system to interrupt the current was developed and it was demonstrated that the system could hold actuator displacement even when the circuit is powered off. This method would contribute to simplify active control mechanics and suppress its power consumption.
