We had clarified the relationship between fatigue strength reduction factors Kf and strain concentration factor Kεof engineering plastics PBT, PEEK and PC in the region of high- and low-cycle fatigue. In this study, we have tested on super engineering plastics PEEK in order to clear the strain wave counting method under random variable load waves, which are caused by earthquake. As the results of those experiments and linear damage calculations, it is clarified that the linear damage rule is short life estimation under range pare counting method which neglected small strain under twenty percent of the maximum strain range.
